56K modems are capable of receiving 56 Kbps from a
compatible service provider. Actual speeds will vary
depending on line conditions.
Activating the Modem Link
You can specify a type of connection (through USB or
infrared) for your phone as a data modem to link with your
personal computer.
A modem query is necessary to establish a PC and
modem connection. If the PC and modem connections are
