To send an instant m essage
1.Sign in to MSN Messenger.
2.Select the person in MSN Messenger to whom you want to send an instant
message, and press the
Send soft key.
3.Enter your message, and press the Send soft key.
For information about text input, see"Entering text and numbers on your
Smartphone" on page 21.
To invite a contact to an ongoing chat
• Press the M enu soft key, select I nvite, and then select a contact.
To see who is already chat ting, or to change between chats
• Press the M enu soft key, and select Chats.
To accept or change between chats
• Press the M enu soft key, select Chats, and then select the contact to begin
chatting.
To add a contact
To quickly add common messages, press the Menu soft key, select My Text, and then
select the text you want to use in the message.
