Caution
Less than clear vision for the driver
can lead to an accident resulting in
personal injury and damage to
your vehicle or other property.
Do not operate the rear window
wiper when the tailgate window is
dry or obstructed, as with snow or
ice.
Using the wiper on an obstructed
window can damage the wiper
blades, wiper motor, and glass.
Check blade is not frozen to
window before operating in cold
weather to prevent damage to the
wiper motor.
At freezing temperature do not
spray washer fluid on the rear
window until it is warm.
Washer fluid can form ice on a
frozen tailgate window and
obstruct your vision.
Caution
Do not operate the windscreen
washer continuously for more than
some seconds, or when the
washer fluid tank is empty. This
can cause the washer motor to
overheat resulting in costly
repairs.
Power outlets
A 12 Volt power outlet is located in the
front console.
Do not exceed the maximum power
consumption of 120 Watts.
With ignition off, the power outlets are
deactivated.
Additionally the power outlets are
deactivated in the event of low battery
voltage.
Do not connect any current-delivering
accessories, e.g. electrical charging
devices or batteries.
Do not damage the outlet by using
unsuitable plugs.
