 You can enter the number in this order:
Area code + phone number then press the Call key
Note: During a call, the mobile phone will display information
regarding the call’s status.
5.1.2 Emergency Calls
You can make emergency calls as long as your current location is
covered by the network area. You can check the signal strength on the
upper left corner of the screen.
Note: Emergency numbers vary by country and those stored in your
phone may not work in all locations. Sometimes an emergency call
cannot be made due to network, environmental, or other interference
issues.
5.1.3 Dialing an International Number
Making International calls:
For international calls, press the (+) key, followed by the country code
and then the complete number. It goes like this:
(+) (Country Code) (complete phone number) then press
