For Dolby Accessibility Solution Server and Tablet Model VT-TAB55-RK68-DB8 only
This equipment complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following conditions:

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and
meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines in Supplement C to OET65 and 47 CFR Part 2.1093.
This model meets the applicable government requirements for exposure to radio frequency waves and
tested for body-worn Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) compliance. To maintain compliance with FCC RF
exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 5 mm separation distance between the body of the
user and the edge of the device. This equipment must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any
other antenna or transmitter. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer
could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment.
