5.1.1. For returned goods, please keep the goods in good condition (the products,
packaging accessories and attached warranty cards, certificates, instructions,
etc.) and apply for return or replacement. If they are not complete, they will be
deemed invalid;
5.1.2. Within 7 days (including 7 days) from the date of receiving the returned
goods, Finsiot will refund the price of the goods you paid;
5.1.3. The freight of the returned goods shall be borne by the consumers
themselves (except for the functional failure or quality problem of the goods
conforming to the Three Guarantees);
5.1.4. Goods purchased through offline stores and group buying by enterprises
will not be returned for 7 days without reason.
5.1.5. The seven day return without reason does not include the following
behaviors: artificial damage, package missing damage, random parts missing.
5.2. Free replacement in 15 days
5.2.1. Within 15 days after receiving the purchased goods, if the machine fails
to meet the Three Guarantees, Finsiot will replace it for you free.
5.3. One year free maintenance of the whole machine
