GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
1. Place the potatoes, butter, water, and whole milk into
the cooking pot.
2. Close and lock the lid. Set to pressure cook on high for
12 minutes. Set Keep Warm to On.
3. When the time has expired, release the pressure and
remove the lid.
4. Add in the sour cream and garlic salt.
5. Mash the potatoes and all ingredients in the pot to
combine. Once mashed to the preferred consistency,
season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Top the mashed potatoes with chives, if using. Serve
immediately.
• 12 medium Yukon Gold
potatoes (about 4 lbs),
peeled, ¼-inch slices
• 8 tbsp butter (1 stick), cut
into 4 pieces
• ¼ cup water
• ½ cup whole milk
• 2 cups sour cream, room
temperature
• 2 tbsp garlic salt
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 4 tbsp fresh chives,
chopped, optional
