Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

Direction:
Step1 Make the Pizza sauce:Stir together the Auxiliary ingredients.
Step2 Roll out the dough:Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to be 11 inch.
Step3 Add the toppings:Pizza sauce for 3/4 surface,Pepperoni slice,grated cheese
Step4 Cook the pizza:Cook for while in the killet until crust.
Step5 Grill the pizza:Then transfer to a 450℉ oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
Step6 Let the pizza rest for a minute and serve as you want(fresh oregano/honey
butter/salad for optional)

Direction:
Step1 Thaw the steaks if necessary.
Step2 Drain the steak with kitchen paper,and sprinkle evenly with salt and black pepper.
Step3 Preheat the steak pan,add the butter and garlic until fragrant out. Then grill the steak
for 1mins each side.
Step4 Put the steak into the Baking Tray at 450 with Bake + Fan function for 4 mins.

Tasty Dry-Brined Roast Chicken

Step1 Prepare the baking rack:Tin Foil,and add some oil inside in case of sticking.
Step2 Make the spice rub:mix together lemon zest,lemon juice,olive oil,salt,pepper
and thyme.
Step3 Seasoning:Spread the spice prepared on the inside and outside of the chicken.
Step4 Truss the chicken if possible and air dry for 12-24 hours.
Step5 Remove chicken from refrigerator and re-rub with toppings: a few olive oil,
kosher salt and pepper.
Step6 350℉ with Bake + Fan function for 80 mins/or until the thickest part of the
breast reaches 160℉ degrees.
TipsWe used Morton's kosher salt in the recipe. It weighs more per gram than
Diamond Crystal. If you are measuring by the teaspoon (not grams) and using
Diamond Crystal kosher salt, you may want to increase the salt a bit.

Grilled salmon with lemon
Bake+Fan,400°F 9 minutes
Main ingredients Salmon × 1pc/20mm/ 250g
Mushroom × 3-4pc
Asparagus × 200g

Direction:
Step1 Drain the salmon with kitchen paper, then sprinkle with 1g sea salt, 0.5g black pepper
and 10g olive oil.
Step2 Add 1.5g salt, 1g black pepper and 15g olive oil on the asparagus and chopped
mushroom.
Step3 Brush the Bake Tray with oil in case of sticking, then put the prepared salmon
asparagus and mushroom insid.
Step4 Put the Bake Tray prepared into the middle of the chamber. Select the Bake+Fan
function, set to 400 and bake for 9 minutes.
Step5 enjoy yourself with mashed potato(optional)

Direction:
Step1 Grease the baking tray with some butter. Take the rolled oats and blend them
until you get a flour-like consistency.
Step2 In a large bowl, add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, apple sauce, maple
syrup, vanilla extract, and non-dairy milk.Fold your ingredients in until well combined.
Step3 Add blueberries, blackberries and raspberries(optional) to the batter. Gently fold
them in until evenly mixed.
Step4 Transfer the mixture into your baking tray and evenly spread it out. Top it off with
some extra berries and bake in the oven for 30-45 mins at 350.
Step5 Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting into it(Cut it into any shape you want
and serve).
Tipsif you want a bit of extra sweetness, lightly dust some powdered on top and enjoy!
