Step 5 Add CheckVideo Device

On the CheckVideo Dashboard, click Devices > Add a Device to register your
CheckVideo device.
Enter the serial number (located on the boom of the CheckVideo Gateway)
into the Serial Number eld (Figure 16).
Note: The name of the physical locaon for a CheckVideo device is
recommended (e.g. “Oce Camera”). You can change this name at
any me.
Click the Test Device buon.
• If the test is successful, you will receive a Congratulaons message (Figure
17). The CheckVideo Gateway lights should stop blinking and the power
light should remain green, conrming that communicaon between the
CheckVideo Gateway and CheckVideo Portal has been established.
• If the test fails, you will be presented with a web page containing a
series of quesons designed to help you idenfy the potenal cause and
troubleshoot the situaon. If necessary, contact Support.
Once you have completed a successful CheckVideo device test, connue with
device registraon by clicking the “Next I want to” buons.
