Aer the account registraon process, review the CheckVideo License Agreement
(Figure 13).
Enter the contact informaon for both an administrave and technical contacts.
Select all of the opons that describe your relaonship with CheckVideo:
• Equipment Distributor: Mark this opon if you intend to purchase and resell
CheckVideo equipment.
• Soware Services Distributor: Mark this opon if you plan to purchase and
resell access to CheckVideo soware services.
• End User Agreement: Mark this opon to use the CheckVideo hardware and/
or soware services.
Mark that you have read and agree to all terms and condions (Figure 14).
Click the Yes, I Agree buon (Figure 15).
Proceed to Step 5 to add your CheckVideo device.

Note: If using Internet Explorer 8 in compability mode and the License
Agreement buons won’t submit the form, click the “broken page”

resubmit the License Agreement.
