On the Congure Device page, Select Nocaon Method secon, you can decide
how nocaons will be received by central staons or by individual users. Dierent
nocaon sengs can be dened for dierent cameras.
Within the Central Staon Nocaon area (Figure 36), you can dene how a
camera’s alert metadata will be transmied from the CheckVideo device to the
central staon. Note, this feature is only available for the Central Service level.
The XML format of this metadata conforms to one of ve convenons, which you
select from the Central Staon Type drop-down menu:
• Bold/Manitou
• Cernium
• Micro Key/MKMS
• SIMS/SIMS II and SIMS III
• SureView/Immix
You must complete all elds to be able to successfully transmit alerts to the central
staon. These sengs must be obtained from your central staon partner. Please
contact them for more informaon.
If you are a central staon, reference materials for each soware automaon vendor
can be found within CheckVideo Online Help.
Note: If you have mulple cameras that share the same Central Staon
Nocaon conguraon, you can easily transfer the same
sengs to each camera. To do this, click the Copy Conguraon
buon for the camera’s conguraon you wish to copy, open the
Central Staon secon for the camera you wish to adopt the same
sengs, and click Paste Conguraon.
