Then validate with the
key
. The device returns to the Configuration menu.
This makes it possible to connect the device to all existing networks.
Note: It is impossible to select a new connection if the device is recording, metering energy, or searching for transients (for the
C.A 8333 only) or alarms (for the C.A 8333 only).
4.7. SENSORS AND RATIOS
Note: The ratios cannot be changed if the device is recording, metering energy, or searching for transients (for the C.A 8333 only)
or alarms (for the C.A 8333 only).
4.7.1. CURRENT SENSORS AND RATIOS
A first screen A is used to define the current sensors and ratios. It automatically displays the current sensor models detected by
the device. If a sensor is detected but not managed, an error message is displayed.
Figure 26: Current clamp and ratios screen in the Sensors and ratios menu
In the case of a 3-wire three-phase set-up where only two of the three current sensors required are connected, if these two sen-
sors are of the same type and have the same ratio, the device simulates the third sensor by assuming the same characteristics
as for the two others. The third sensor will be shown in the list as being simulated, or impossible to simulate otherwise.
