The InterNet Printing Port software should be installed by all everyone intending to use
Internet printing. Otherwise, remote users can print correctly only if:
• They send an E Mail directly to the IOPRINT+ Print Server Mail Account, using their nor-
mal E Mail application.
• The E Mail contains plain text only.
• The Internet IOPRINT+ Print Server is configured with Print every E Mail ON.
Installation of the InterNet Printing Port software will create a new printer port. After attaching
the correct printer to this port, users can print to the Internet Printer using any Windows
application.
