Advanced Configuration
This section describes the advanced operations which can be performed on your IOPRINT+
Print Server.
To make these changes:
• User PCONSOLE to configure your NetWare Server.
• Use PSCONFIG, BiAdmin, WPConfig, or WebAdmin to change the IOPRINT+ Print
Server device settings.
Attach to more than one NetWare Print Server
In NetWare Remote Printer mode, if you want each port of the IOPRINT+ Print Server to
attach to a different NetWare Print Server, perform the following steps.
1. Use PCONSOLE to create and assign the required printers and queues as detailed in the
Remote Printer Mode section.
2. Run PSCONFIG
3. Select the correct IOPRINT+ Print Server'
4. Select Set to NetWare Remote Printer Mode.
5. Enter the correct NetWare print server names in the print server name fields, for P2
(Parallel Port 2), P3 (Parallel Port 3), and SP (Serial Port), as appropriate.
6. Select Execute Setup to save your changes.
