LED Error Codes
If a hardware fault should occur in the unit then it is possible (if the fault is not too serious)
that the LEDs will indicate the type of fault. Below is a description of the codes, should any of
these error codes be shown return the unit for repair with a short description of the problem.
LED Legend
Please note that when the unit is first switched on (or rebooted) it will flash all three LEDs in
sequence (once) very quickly, soon after this all three will remain on for a few seconds.
During normal operation only one of the network LEDs should be lit and the power LED
should remain on.
Known Limitations
Under certain situations if you manually kill a port while it is either opening or closing a TCP
connection there is a possibility that the unit may crash.
AUI 10BASE2 10BASE-T Fault
LEDs flash on and off together RAM fault
LED On LED Off LED On I/F fault
LED Off Serial device UART #1 fault
LED On LED Off Serial device UART #2 fault
