¾ When a hyperbola (haystack) appears on the screen during acquisition (generated by
a buried pipe or cable), stop, then move the trolley in the opposite direction. This
temporarily suspends acquisition and produces a vertical line on the data screen.
Identifying a target
¾ Align the trolley with the vertical line that identifies the pipe or cable on the radar
map, and mark the ground in correspondence to the center point of the antenna.
The antenna center point

NOTE
The centerpoint of the system is in the central point of the antenna (dotted
red line). It represents the starting point when reading radar maps.
