Q. Does the unit have an on/off switch so that power is not drained with when not in use?
A. No, there is not a Power On/Off Switch.
Q. How many devices can I charge at once with the ChargeHub X5+ Elite 3005?
A. The ChargeHub X5+ Elite 3005 can charge up to 6 devices at once using the 4 USB Ports,
1 Type-C Port, and 1 Wireless Charging Pad.
Q. What is SmartSpeed™ Technology?
A. Our patented & award winning SmartSpeed™ Technology ensures a fast and optimal
charge by detecting how much power each connected device requires.
Q. What is USB-C?
A. USB-C, also known as Type-C, is the latest connector developed and utilized by the
consumer electronics community. A Type-C connector and charging port is a small,
reversible plug that provides that is compatible with the fastest power delivery on the
market.
Q. How fast does the Type-C Port charge my device?
A. The Type-C port is equipped with power delivery and provides an impressive 27W of
charging power. The rate of charge will depend on the connected device.
Q. What does the Type-C Port work with?
A. The Type-C port is designed to charge devices that use USB-C including mobile devices

Q. How fast will my device charge when using the wireless charging pad?
A. The wireless charging pad on the ChargeHub X5+ Elite 3005 is equipped with 5W. This
will provide a slower charge to a mobile device than if a device were connected using a
charging cable.
