Q. Can the mount rotate so that the phone is in “landscape” instead of portrait?
A. Yes, the ChargeHub Auto Phone Mount can rotate 360 degrees to display the device in
the perfect position for you, either portrait or landscape.
Q. Can I wirelessly charge my phone with a ring or pop socket on the back of the phone?
A. Cases and accessories that contain metal or have a thickness above 3mm may interfere
with the wireless charger. It is possible these would have to be removed to successfully
charge your device wirelessly.
Q. Does the ChargeHub have an on/off switch?
A. No, there is not a main power switch on the ChargeHub Auto Phone Mount.
Q. How many devices can I charge at once ChargeHub Auto Phone Mount?
A. The ChargeHub Auto Phone Mount can charge up to 2 devices simultaneously. One by
using the Wireless Charger on the Phone Mount, and a second using the extra USB Port
on the included 2-Port Car Charger.
Q. What kind of phones can charge on the ChargeHub Auto Phone Mount?
A. The ChargeHub Auto Phone Mount is compatible with virtually any wireless enabled or
standard USB chargeable device. If your device is not compatible with wireless charging,
simply plug it into the second port of the 2-Port Car Charger.
Q. What is SmartSpeed® Technology?
A. Our patented & award winning SmartSpeed® Technology ensures a fast and optimal
charge by detecting how much power each connected device requires.
Q. Can I leave my ChargeHub Auto Phone Mount plugged in all the time?
A. Yes, there is no harm done if the ChargeHub Auto Phone Mount is left plugged in.
Q. Will the ChargeHub “overcharge” my cell phone or device?
