Issue Cause Solution
Appliance doesn’t
turn on.

• Screen cover in front of fan
is rubbing the fan blade.
• Turn OFF the appliance and
unplug from the wall outlet.
Carefully pull the screen away
from the fan blades by using
needle nose pliers.
