• Insert axle rod into wheel, Axle Spacer, legs and other Axle Spacer and wheel. Attach with (1) 8mm flat washer and
hitch pin.
• Hammer leg extenders into right legs.
Turn assembly upside down.
"Cone" side of wheel against leg
