Attach upper and lower front panel to cart with 1/4-20x1/2" screws， 7mm Flat Washer and
7mm Lock Washer on each side.
Turn assembly upside down.
Insert axle rod into wheel, axle spacer, legs and other Attach with (1) axle washer and hitch pin. axle spacer and wheel,

Push leg extenders into right legs.
Attach back brace to cart with 1/4-20x1/2" screws，
