For universal remote, use Pioneer Cable Box code



When entering channel numbers using the numeric
keypad, no “.” or “-” is necessary to tune directly to
a desired channel. For example: to tune to channel
8.3, press 83 and ENTER; to tune to channel 15.2,
press 152 and ENTER.
NOTE: To program a universal remote
to operate the CM-7000 digital to
analog converter box, use Pioneer cable
box codes.
