WHATTHEWARRANTYCOVERS
Thiswarrantyextendsonly
totheoriginaluseroftheequipmentandis
limited to the purchase price of each part. Channel Master warrants
thissystemagainstdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipasfollows:

Labor: For a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase, if
ChannelMasterdeterminesthattheequipmentis
defectivesubjectto
the limitations of this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no
charge for labor as your sole and exclusive remedy . Channel Master
warrants any such work done against defects in materials or
workmanshipfortheremainingportionoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod,
with repair or
replacement in accordance with the foregoing as your
soleandexclusiveremedy.

