the changes made when the KN-8828B was updated with the new, more
accurate “K” style probe (see page

Identifying a “KN-8828B2K” Hottop Coffee Roaster Model
This Interim supplemental manual is written for the KN-8828B-2K. This
updated version can be easily identified by looking through the roasting cham-
ber Viewing Window. On the rear wall of the roasting chamber, in approxi-
mately the three o’clock position, you will see the K-style sensor shown here.
