Step 3 –Top rail with leg
socket assembly
While one person lifts one side
of the frame, the other person
should insert and secure Leg
Base (# 5) into the sockets of
Top Rail with Leg Sockets (#
3) as shown in FIGURE 3.
Repeat this step for all three
leg bases.
