Hand Assembly
9. Rotate the hand assembly until it faces the drives.
10. Raise the hand assembly up the Z shaft and support the hand.
11. Remove the two screws attaching the hand assembly to the mounting bracket.

12. Lift and tilt the hand assembly off the two hooks.
