Read all instructions BEFORE assembly and USE of this product. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE. Store in pocket on bottom of floorboard. IMPORTANT INFORMATION This product can be used as a Playard, Bassinet, Changer or Sleeping Crib. WARNING Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death. • When child is awake: NEVER leave child unattended. Always keep child in view. When child is sleeping: Always provide supervision necessary for the continued safety of child. • Bassinet, Changer and Playard/Crib, including side rails, MUST be fully erected prior to use. • Discontinue use of Playard/Crib when child reaches a height of 89 cm (35 inches), weighs more than 14 kg (30 lbs.
ASSEMBLY and USE 4 Pull up on Top Rails until all “click” and lock. IMPORTANT: Floor loop MUST remain raised at least 45.7 cm (18 inches) in order for rails to lock. Top Rail NOTE: Test by pushing down on each top rail to be sure they are locked. WARNING All top rails MUST be straight and locked in position or child may become entrapped and suffocate. Playard/Crib 1 Pull travel bag up and remove Playard/Crib. 5 2 Stand Playard/Crib on legs and wheels and unfasten Floorboard Attachment Straps.
ASSEMBLY and USE continued 6 Bassinet Place floorboard in Playard/Crib with padded side facing up. WARNING Avoid serious injury or death: • Use bassinet with infant who weighs less than 8.2 kg (18 lbs.) and is less than 63.5 cm (25 inches) tall. NOTE: DO NOT install floorboard if using bassinet. Go to bassinet assembly section. 7 Secure ends of floorboard to Playard/Crib: • Discontinue use of bassinet if infant can push up on hands and knees or sit unassisted.
ASSEMBLY and USE continued 5 Pocket Insert one side of floorboard under Pocket on side of bassinet. To use bassinet with Playard/Crib: 1 Place bassinet in Playard/Crib so that hooks go over long rails with“T-Slots” facing center of Playard/Crib. NOTE: “T-Slots” MUST face center of Playard/Crib when using with changer. “T-Slots” Pockets 6 Pull Pocket down over floorboard to hold floorboard in place.
ASSEMBLY and USE continued 4 Changer Changer can only be used when bassinet is installed in Playard/Crib. Push Triangular Tabs into Triangular Holes in Playard/Crib corners. Triangular Tab Triangular Hole WARNING Avoid serious injury or death: • Always use restraint belt to prevent falls. • Use with infant who weighs less than 8.2 kg (18 lbs.) and is less than 63.5 cm (25 inches) tall.
ASSEMBLY and USE continued Canopy 4 Canopy can only be used with Playard/Crib. Pull end of Sleeve over rod and release rod. Repeat for other rod. Sleeve DO NOT use canopy when using bassinet or changer. WARNING Avoid serious injury or death: Temperature inside Playard/Crib with canopy can be higher than outside: 5 Set canopy over Playard/Crib and insert canopy tabs into curved slots of Playard/Crib corners. 6 Secure canopy bottom around Playard/Crib corners using Attachment Strips.
FOLDING and STORING Canopy 1 Unfasten attachment strips, pull canopy tabs out of corners and lift canopy up and away from Playard/Crib. 2 Remove rods from canopy. 3 Pull rods apart and fold. Changer 1 Unfasten both attachment straps. 2 Unhook “T-Fittings” from “T-Slots” by pulling up slightly on long side closest to bassinet, then pull changer away from bassinet. 3 Grasp short sides and feel for release buttons in center of short sides. 4 Press buttons on each side and push closed.
FOLDING and STORING Bassinet 1 Unfasten both attachment straps. 2 Remove bassinet from Playard/Crib. 6 Fold bassinet. 7 Place bassinet in pocket of travel bag. IMPORTANT: If continuing to use Playard/Crib, be sure to properly secure floorboard in Playard/Crib. 3 Remove floorboard from bassinet. Playard/Crib 1 To remove floorboard: • Unfasten attachment straps. • Remove floorboard and set aside. 4 Press release buttons on each hook and push hook into larger tube.
FOLDING and STORING continued 3 6 To fold top rails: Secure Attachment Straps: • Bottom - Thread Attachment Strap through Leg Loop then through Floorboard Loop and fold back onto itself. • Pull up on top rail slightly. • Squeeze Release Button on bottom of top rail and push rail down. (Release buttons are identified by printed arrows.) Attachment Straps • Middle and Top - Thread Attachment Straps through remaining floorboard loops and fold back onto themselves. Repeat for other sides.
MAINTENANCE Cleaning Playard/Crib, Bassinet, Changer, Canopy, Floorboard and Travel Bag Surface wash with mild detergent and water, air dry.
