Mounting the SA1DK Controller

1)Beforestarting,selectthelocationtomounttheSA1DKcontroller.Thislocationshouldbeat

shoulderheightandonthesamesideasthedoorhandle.

2)TheSA1DKisdesignedtobeeasilymountedtoaUSGangBox.RemovetheBezelScrew.

(UsethediagrambelowtohelpyoulocatetheBezelScrew)

3)ScrewthecontrollerontoaUSGangBoxthroughthetwoMountingHolesprovided.(See

diagramonthenextpagetohelpyoulocatetheUSGangBoxmountingholes)

4)Passthewiresthroughtheexit/entryholesandattachthemtothecontrollersterminalblocksas

showninthewiringdiagrams.(Wiringdiagramsforcommoninstallationscanbefoundonpages

9to11).

5)Replacethecontroller’sbezelandreplacethefactorydefaultscrewwiththesecurityscrewthat

isprovidedintheInstallationKit.AsecurityscrewtoolisalsoprovidedintheInstallationKit.
