SUPPORT
If you are having problems with the configuration or operation of TalkSwitch, please read this
section. If you require further assistance, do one of the following:
1. Contact your authorized TalkSwitch reseller.
2. Check the FAQ section located in the support area for your region at our website at http://
global.talkswitch.com.
3. Contact our customer support department by e-mail: support@talkswitch.com.
4. Call a technical support specialist at TalkSwitch: 1.866.393.9960 (United States and
Canada) or 613.725.2466 weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
Please have the following information available when you call:
• Your e-mail address and phone number.
• The serial number located on the bottom of TalkSwitch.
• Your date of purchase.
• The number of telephone lines you have connected to TalkSwitch.
• The telephone company services you are using with TalkSwitch.
• Your PC’s operating system (e.g. Windows Vista, XP, 2000).
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
For products purchased in the U.S. or Canada
1. Contact your reseller and obtain a WarrantyReturn Authorization (WRA) number if required.
If you bought the product directly from TalkSwitch, you can obtain this number by
contacting the Technical Support department at TalkSwitch — call toll free in the United
States and Canada: (866) 393-9960, otherwise call (613) 725-2466. Please have your model
and serial number available when you call.
IMPORTANT: Failure to obtain a WRA numberand include the information indicated
abovewill result in the package being refused.
2. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and a written explanation of the problem; this will
enable us to expedite your repair.
3. Attach the shipping label to the package exterior.
4. On the shipping label, be sure to include the WRA number obtained from TalkSwitch or your
reseller.
5. Ship the product (prepaid) to your reseller. Ifthe product was purchased from TalkSwitch,
send the unit in its original or better protective packaging to:

If the product is being shipped from outside of Canada, include the following statement on
the package: ‘Canadian Goods Being Returned to Canada’.
