Memory Usage
1. Choose Tools > Memory Usage. The Memory Usage window appears. It shows the amount of
time provided by the TalkSwitch units, and the amount of time used by voicemail and auto
attendant messages.
The recording time for internal music on hold, voicemail, and the auto attendants is shared on
the TalkSwitch unit. You can expand the built-in memory using memory cards.

Firmware Auto Update
The Firmware Auto Update command was a legacy feature used by administrators of multiple
TalkSwitch systems, such as resellers, distributors and integrators, to set up automatic updates
of phone system firmware, prompts, and other essential files.
NOTE: This feature is no longer supported in Release 6.12.
Multiple TalkSwitch systems can automatically download new files simultaneously, then install
the updates at a desired time. Syslog server logs confirm the success of each step of the update.
Updated TalkSwitch systems can then be configured using the latest version of TalkSwitch
Management Software.
