4. In the Add User window, enter the name or select one from the menu.
Enter a unique 4-8 digit number in the Access Code field (this will be the
user's PIN code). Click OK.
5. Repeat step 4 for each user that will be assigned a PIN code.
6. On the right side of the window, use the checkboxes to select the
extensions that will restrict outgoing calls.
7. Save the configuration to TalkSwitch.
To modify a user’s name or access code:
1. Click on the user's name in the Access Code Assignments window.
