To reply all, touch the Reply all button .
To forward the email, press MENU and then touch the
Forward icon
.
Compose your message and then touch Send or Save As
Draft when ready. Pressing BACK will also save as draft.
Set Email account settings
In the Inbox, press MENU and then touch Account
Settings.
You can access the following options:
General settings
 Account Name: Allows you to configure account
names for different accounts.
 Your Name: The name you type in this location
will be displayed on outgoing emails.
 Signature: Touch to enter a signature that will
appear at the end of your emails.
 Email Check Frequency: When your phone is
connected to network, you can set the Email check
frequency here. The frequency can be set as
Every 5/10/15/30/60 minutes. After that, your
phone will automatically receive emails during the
fixed time period.
 Default Account: After activating this function,
your phone will automatically send email from this
account by default.
Notification settings
 Email Notifications: Select the check box to show
a notification icon on the status bar when you
receive a new email.
 Select Ringtone: You can set a Ringtone if you
want your phone to ring when a new email
message arrives.
 Vibrate: Select Vibrate if you want your phone to
vibrate when you receive a new email message.
Server settings
In the server settings menu, you can configure various
incoming and outgoing server settings.
