Waze
Waze is a free social traffic and navigation application that
uses real-time road reports from drivers nearby to save
commuting time and improves your everyday driving.
Waze gives drivers the power to work together to report
and receive the most relevant traffic information available
at any given moment.
To open Waze
To open the Waze, press HOME, tap the applications tap,
and then touch Waze.
Note: The service requires Internet connection for real
time updates. Before you open Waze, you must go to
Settings > Location & Security to select Use wireless
networks, Enable GPS satellites, or both.
Your location
1. From the main Waze screen, press the MENU Key
and touch Me on map.
2. The map centers on a blue square that indicates
your location.
Find a location
1. From the main Waze screen, press MENU, touch
Drive to.
2. You can type an address, a city, or select an
address of where you want to go.
3. Touch the Search button when you are ready,
your search results will display.
4. Touch a place in the list. Then touch Drive to
calculate the route.
5. Your phone will show the route details to guide
you.
