Note: The submenus of this feature depend on the operator
and different operators may provide different services (some
SIM cards do not support STK).please contact your operator.
5.3 Messaging
5.3.1 Create a message
1. Select Main Menu > Messaging > Write
message>Text message/Multimedia message.
2. Enter a message. Please refer to the Text entry section
of this manual for detailed message writing information.
You can add a picture, sound to the multimedia message.
3. After entering text, touch Options and select Send to, to
enter the recipient - or to add them from the phonebook.
4. Press Options >Send to send.
5.3.2 Message boxes
1. Select Main Menu > Messaging.
2. There are four message boxes: Inbox, Drafts, Outbox
and Sent messages.
5.3.3 Broadcast Message
Received Mode
1. Select Main Menu > Messaging > Broadcast message >
Receive mode.
2. Select On to activate this function.
3. Select Channel settings to enter the channel number.
Note: To obtain the codes corresponding to the different types
of messages, you must contact your operator.
5.3.4 Message settings
1. Select Main Menu > Messaging > Message settings.
2. Select Text message to adjust the text message
settings- such as profile, preferred storage, delivery
report, and so on.
