toaskintightt,forcingthemeltedadhesiveliningtoow&coverthesubstrate.Theadhesiveformsaexiblebondwithawidevarietyofrubbers,plastics&metals.When
cool,thesealantformsabarrieragainstwater,moisture,dirt&otherenvironmentalcontaminants.Heavy-Walltubingisfabricatedfromspeciallyformulatedcross-linked
polyolen,assuringlong-termenvironmentalprotection.Thetubingisalsohighlychemical,abrasive&splitresistant.Applicationsincludeinsulation,jacketingwirebundles,
mechanicalprotection,physical/electricalprotectionofcomponents,strainrelief,solderinsulation&harnessingwheresuperiorabrasionresistanceisaplus.Temperature
ratingforcontinuousoperationfrom-55°C(-67°F)to110°C(230°F).ShrinkRatiois3to1(shrinksto1/3itsoriginaldiameter).ShrinkTemperatureis121°C(250°F).
