JT&T’sSemi-RigidWrappablePETExpandableSleevingisbraidedfrom10milpolyethyleneterepthalate(PET)monolamentyarns.Itsuniquesplit,semi-rigidbraided
construction makes it the ideal solution for situations where ease of installation is of primary importance. The lateral split allows the tube to open up to accommodate a wide
varietyofbundlingrequirements&thesemi-rigidbraidcongurationsimplyclosesaroundtheentireinstallationwithouttheneedforanyadditionalfasteners.The25%edge
overlap (at nominal diameter) allows coverage around wires, cables, inline plugs, connectors & splices without exposing wire. This sleeving will bend to a tight radius without
distortingorsplittingopen&unlikefullrigidtubing,willnotimpairoraffecttheexibilityofharnesses.Easyon/offinstallation-tousejustseparatealongtheedgeofthe
sleeving&sliptheentirelengthofthesleevingaroundcomponent.Forbestresult,itisrecommendedthatcomponentbeingcoveredisthesleevingsnominalsizeorvery
slightlylarger.Theuniquebraidedconstruction&expandabilityallowsquick&easyinstallationoverlargeconnectors&longrunwireorcable.Abrasion&cutresistant.
Chemically inert & halogen free. The sleeving cuts easily & cleanly with a hot knife & once installed, will beautify & protect any wire, hose or cable application. Available in
additionalformulations&colorsbyspecialorder.Temperatureratingfrom-70°C(-94°F)to125°C(257°F).
