Split Loom (Flex-Guard) Tubing
JT&T’sPolyethyleneFlex-GuardConvolutedTubing(SplitLoom)isdesignedtoprovideaexible,crush-resistantprotectionforwiring
assemblies. The tubing is a corrugated tube used to provide protection to a wire harness or any other product that may be subject to abnormal
conditions,suchascontinuousabrasion&vibrationwear,puncturing,water,snow,ice,salt&UVrays.Flexibleconvolutedtubing/conduit
is manufactured from a blend of low density polyethylene & linear low density polyethylene resins. The convoluted surface enhances the
appearanceofyourproductbyprovidingauniformtailorednish.Thesplitseamfeatureallowswirestobeinsertedeasily,eliminatingthe
costly time needed to apply tape, braid or loom. Since the seam is not permanently sealed, the costs of repair or service are also reduced.
Temperatureratingfrom-40°C(-40°F)to93°C(200°F).
• Meets requirements of ASTM D792 density test.
• ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 9001 Compliant.

• Available in ame-retardant polyethylene,
nylon & non-split by special order.
