become

the

property of

Cell2Tei.

New

and

reconditioned

parts

and

products

and should be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty

period.

The warranty does not cover:

(a)

damage or failure caused by or

attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper

installation or maintenance, alteration, lightning or other incidence of

excess voltage or current:

(b)

any repairs other than those provided

Cell2Tei authorized service facility;

(c)

consumables

such

fuses

or batteries;

(d)

cosmetic damage,

(e)

transportation, shipping or

insurance costs; or (f) costs of product removal, installation, set-up,

service adjustment or re-installation. Warranty terms may be revised

without notice at the discretion of Cel12Tel

Any shipping costs related to the

retum,

repair and/or refund for a product

are the responsibility of the Customer.
