REQUIRED
A. Provide "U" shaped, as shown on drawing with dish machine leg
100"L. x 30"D.; tray return leg approximately 116"L. x 30"D.;
soak sink leg approx. 63"L. x 24"D.; all 34"H. from work top to
floor. Slope dish table top for positive drainage.
B. Construct top in accordance with standard specifications for
Dish Table Tops
1. Provide at exposed edges of top, provide a 3"H. box edge.
Turn top up vertically 3"H. w/ 1 ½" flat top, turn down 1-1/2".
2. Standard 8"H. x 2"W. sloped top splashes at walls. Lip dish
table into dish machine in a water tight manner.
C. Between dish machine leg and tray return leg, angle dish table
back splash at 45
o
angle for approx. 16" between the
perpendicular legs of dish table as shown. Angled back splash
shall have top return into corner to adjacent walls with a
positive slope back onto dishtable. Wall edge of corner filler
shall lip down 90
o
to fit into a wall secured "Z" clip. Front
edge shall seal to sloped top of backsplash with no exposed
fasteners.
D. As detailed at the tray return window, extend the dish table top
through approx. 6'-8"W. wall opening, extending 1" into
cafeteria, with 3/4" high inverted "V" edge, turn down 4" and
back to wall, closed with ends.
E. Stop back splashes at 4" back from return window jamb and provide
2"H. wall flush turn-up for 4" to opening and extending thru pass
opening flush with jambs. A rolling counter door (by Other
Trades) shall extend down over 2" turn-up on dish room side of
wall.
