B. By alternate, provide on the incoming water line to the booster
heater, an Everpure model EV9799-11*M112, HTS-11 Kleenware
System water filtration system; overall 4-3/4"W. x 12.5"H.
High capacity, high temperature scale control system for
warewashing equipment; metering flow thru head; effective up to
200ļ‚° F; clear bowl and transparent HT-10 cartridge w/HydroBlend
which inhibits limescale build-up and reduces corrosion,
(1-pack).
C. By alternate, provide Traex Rack-Master (4) way indexed
dishwasher racks; open bottoms & sidewalls; handles on all four
sides; co-polymer beige plastic with double wall construction;
snap fit extenders. Provide the following models;
1. Four (4) model TR-1, full size pot / pan / glass ware rack,
3-1/4" inside height, flat open bottom.
2. Two (2) model TR-2, full size flatware rack, 3-1/4" inside
height, open bottom with mesh design.

BY ALTERNATE
A. By alternate, provide "L" shaped, as shown/detailed on drawings
with long leg 72"L. and short(dish machine) leg approximately
48"L., all 30"W. x 34"H. from work top to floor. Slope dish
table top for positive drainage.
B. By alternate, construct top in accordance with standard
specifications for Dish Table Tops. Lip top into dishwasher in
watertight manner. Provide with the following;
1. Standard Backsplash, 10"H. x 2"W. at all walls. In the
corner, angle
