quick disconnect on one end; limited lifetime warranty.
C. Secured to the floor beneath the rear casters and located to
properly position equipment, provide Posi-Set mobile cooking
equipment locators; overall 9-3/4"L. x 5-3/4"W. x 1"H. Upward
opening channel shaped caster guide constructed of flame
regardant thermoplastic resin; able to resist 500 psi direct
force; set in sealant and secure to floor per manufacturers
recommendations with manufacturer provided floor inserts.

replaceable gaskets; Type 304 S/S exterior paneling, cooking
compartments and steam generator; insulated compartments;
instant steam stand by mode; slam latch door mechanisms; Two rear
mounted independent steam generators, each with its own cleaning
port and Two each 8KW heating elements; left hand door hinging.
Backflow prevention device required by others.
