36"H. Top consists of two heat zones, each controlled by three
heat switch, single phase only; standard with stainless steel
front and black powder coat epoxy sides, S/S front rail; storae
base with stainless steel door; all controls are mounted at a
convenient level on the switch panel; 6KW. Provide with the
following;
1. 460V, 1Ph wiring.
2. Swivel Casters, set of four (4) 2 locking, 2 non-locking
(CK1128)
B. Secured to the floor beneath the rear casters and located to
properly position equipment below fire suppression nozzles,
provide Posi-Set mobile cooking equipment locators; overall
9-3/4"L. x 5-3/4"W. x 1"H. Upward opening channel shaped caster
guide constructed of flame regardant thermoplastic resin; able
to resist 500 psi direct force; set in sealant and secure to floor
per manufacturers recommendations with manufacturer provided
floor inserts.
