E. Shared Elevated Shelf; Provide and mount at back of table,

centered on the curb and overhanging equally the abacking

tables, a standard 18"W. x 144"L. Shared Elevated Shelf, 18"

above table top, with flat top and standard turn down with toe-in

at all sides.

F. Support shared elevated shelf ends with 18"W. x 1-1/2" thick box

supports. Provide double pan stainless steel supports with 16

ga. exterior pans, 20 ga. interior pans. Exterior pans

constructed with 90

x 1-1/2" returns at vertical sides.

Interior pans similar, inset to edges of exterior pan edges.

Top edge of interior pan turned outward 90 for 1" and stud bolted

to bottom of elevated shelf/shelves. Continuously weld bottom

of support pans to Metal Top and backsplash/curb, with exterior

pan face flush to face edge of table. Support shelf at

intermediate locations with 1-5/8" O.D., 16GA. stainless steel

tubing, continuously welded to curb top; "Knife" tapered

cantilever support brackets stud bolted to shelf bottom,

continuously welded to tubing.

G. Provide Electrical Receptacle boxes where shown, per standards.

Electrical device(s), connection(s) and cover plate(s) by

Other Trades.

1. Provide (2) under counter Electrical Receptacle boxes, one

at each end, per standards.

2. Provide (2) Electrical Receptacle boxes mounted to the bottom

of the elevated shelf, where shown.

H. Provide, a tier of (3) Drawers, at staff right end, as shown,

per standards, in Enclosed Cabinet Base.

I. Provide Vertical Cutting Board Rack on staff left side of

drawers, as shown, as detailed and per standards. Provide with

(2) Carlisle model Sparta Spectrum Evershield high density

polyethylene cutting boards with permanent NSF logo imprint.

Hygienic surface texture, rounded corners, smooth on both sides.

Provide 18" x 24" x ½"thick Provide custom sized 18‖ x 24‖ x

½‖ thick <REPLACED BY ADDENDA 1>: color Red (05) for main dish.

J. Provide Open Frame Base, per standards. No front crossrails at

under counter serviceable or mobile / movable items. Provide
