A. Provide overall 2'-6"W. x 144"L. x 36" high to top of box edge.
Construct top in accordance with standard specifications for
Metal Tops.
1. Provide at exposed table edges, a box edge. Angle table top
up at 45 x 3/4"H. with 1" flat top, turn down 1-1/2", with
½" toe-in on 30
o
angle.
2. Provide a curb at the abacking table. Provide with 1-1/2"
turn-up or 2" turn-up with 2" turn back and 1" turn down to
form Curb Backsplash as specified per standards for Metal Tops
and as detailed.
B. Work Sink; at staff left end, as shown, provide standard Metal
Top integral sink. Work Sink; 20"W. x 20"D. x 8"H. Provide with
the following;
1. Deck Mount Faucet; provide a ½" Single Hole Deck Mount Faucet;
½" double valve faucet with 10" or 12" swing spout, chrome
finish;
a. Fisher Mfg. Co. 3112*M112 or 3113*M112.
b. T&S Brass model B-0200-LN 061X*M112 swivel nozzle or
B-0201*M112
2. Provide sink bowl with 2" rough chrome rotary action lever
drain having stainless steel bar and flat stainless steel
strainer plate. Provide with 6" tail piece.

C. Provide Can Opener at staff right end, as shown. Mount on a 3/4"
high platform, flush to top of the table box edge at exposed
sides; sloping down 45

and integral to the top; coved into
splash(s) where occurring. Atop the platform, provide an
Edlund model no. S-11*M112 manual stainless steel can opener,
NSF certified, with cast S/S base, reversible S/S blade,
dishwasher safe, opens cans to 14"H.
D. Provide In Line Knife Rack at staff left end, as shown, per
standards and as detailed.
