A. Provide 3-Bar Shared Utensil Rack equally overhanging the
abacking tables as shown. 22‖W. x 84‖L. x 6‖H. rack comprised
of a rectangular bar upper rack with lower single bar. Bars are
2" x 1/4" stainless steel. Upper horizontal bar with 4"
radiused corners, bar fully welded to Component Hardware Group
Inc., model A24-0207*M112, set screw type 5-1/4", S/S tubular
shelf supports for 1-5/8" O.D. tubing. Lower single horizontal
bar, at 12" below upper rectangular bar, diagonally braced (on
each side) back to upper bars at 60" O.C. max. and fully welded
to Component Hardware Group Inc., model A24-0206*M112, set screw
type 1-7/8", S/S tubular shelf supports for 1-5/8" O.D. tubing.
1. Rack supported atop the elevated shelf and between S/S, 1-5/8"
O.D. - 16GA. tubing supports. Supports aligning and integral
with elevated shelf supports. Provide elevated shelf with
die-stamped S/S ferrules where tubing supports penetrate.
B. Provide Utensil Rack with 2 - 2 prong hooks per foot of total
bar lengths. Double Prong Hooks are Component Hardware Group
J77-4401 stainless steel double prong sliding pot rack hooks.
