ITEM NO. A14 - TEMPERATURE MONITORING
REQUIRED
A. Provide Cooper Atkins Temp Trak temperature monitoring system
for the this walk-in refrigerator. Continuous, remote,
wireless monitoring of refrigeration with an alert function and
the historical retention of data. Temp Trak is a self-hosted (on
facility workstation or server) temperature monitoring system
that is self-contained (requiring no monthly monitoring fee or

by a common network. System will include all base software,
memory buffers, battery backup, and Ethernet connectivity as
well as remote lithium battery powered transmitters (sentry
units) sending messages to a line powered base receiver. All
components shall be able to fully integrate with any other
component at any location within the system. Each component
shall meet the following:
1. Transmitter is wirelessly supervised; data is sent
redundantly via multiple channels.
2. Products are certified for use by FCC (Part 15).
3. Transmitter (sensor)- Open field range of up to 2000‘; range
can be enhanced with the use of repeaters.
4. Low Duty Cycle Communication-a complete message from a
transmitter is sent in less than 30 milliseconds (3/1000 of
a second).
5. The peak power of the standard transmitter is about 10mW,
(200mW for repeaters).
6. Every transmission to occur on a different frequency on the
range of 902-928 MHZ.
B. The system shall be able to monitor and report on any or all of
