22"W. x 4"H. raised condiment dispensing platform. Platform
constructed of 16 ga. S/S. Top punched for San Jamar
Frontline condiment pumps and portion cup dispensers.
4. Support the top on an Open Frame Base as detailed. Support
the tray slides / lower top on 14ga. S/S channels having
vertical 3" outside leg x 8" horizontal leg x 1-1/2" vertical
inside leg. Channels supported on standard Open Frame Base
legs mounted towards the inside leg of the supporting channel.
At 10" AFF. provide with full width x length 16 ga. S/S under
shelf. Edges with 3" x 90 turn down aligning with 3" turn
down of tray slide / low top support channel, as shown.
Provide 1" x 4" x 1" x 14 ga. S/S channel under bracing
between legs and at centerline of shelf length.
C. Provide with Plastic Laminate Panel enclosed base.
1. Panels extending from 6" AFF to bottom of tray slide. Panels
attached with concealed screws at 8" O.C. max. thru the turn
down edge of the under shelf and tray slide support channel.
2. Provide Panel Corner Trim at each panel to panel corner, 18ga.
stainless steel angle edge trim - 1 ½" x 1 ½" wrapping the
corner. All trim installed with concealed fasteners.
3. Doors; Provide, where shown, recessed flush face hinged
door(s) per standards for Plastic Laminate Covered Panels
with; Two (2) heavy-duty, semi-concealed, 5-knuckle hinges;
One (1) 6lb. pull magnetic catch; 5/16"Dia. extruded aluminum
wire projecting pulls, brushed chrome, 4"centers mounting;
door locks - all locks keyed alike.
D. Provide all legs with swivel casters, all with brakes.
E. Punch the raised condiment dispensing top as shown & provide with
Eight (8) San Jamar FrontLine Condiment Dispensers, model
P4100BK (Black). 1.5 gallon drop-in container will hold
Cryovac bag, gallon jar, #10 can or jar or direct pour; overall
12"H. x 7-1/2"W. x 9-1/2"D. Above counter sleek, low profile
design pump; overall 9-3/4"H. x 7-1/2"W. x 9-1/2"D. Each
dispensing system includes universal condiment dispenser with
pump, tamper resistant lid, liner, Cryovac bag adapter & plug,
dip tube.
F. Punch the lower top at each end, where shown, for (8) silver
cylinders. Provide with Twenty Four (24) Alegacy model S500
