A. Provide MOD-U-SERV Model MCT-CRSG-MODM112 Mobile Serving Cash
Register Stand, single station; overall 36"H x 27"W x 28.5"D.
Frameless construction with 16 gauge S/S formed end panels with
top and bottom horizontal members of 16 gauge S/S; heavy duty
5" diameter plate casters with gray rubber tires; brakes on all
casters; 14 gauge S/S top with 2" turndown on all sides and sound
deadening applied between top and frame; plastic laminate front
panel; all stainless steel to be type 304 with number 4 finish;
18 ga. S/S cash drawer w/ extension slides, cylinder lock - 3"D.
S/S liner; 120V., 15A electrical receptacle pre-wired to cord
and plug set. Provide the following options;
1. High School - 36" counter top.
2. Tray Slide, single serve, 42" x 12", on staff left side,
stationary with solid surface material top. Color as
selected by the Architect.
3. Front panel to be plastic laminate. Color as selected by
owner / architect.
4. End panel to be plastic laminate. Color as selected by owner
/ architect.
5. Rear panels to be plastic laminate finish. Color as selected
by owner / architect.
6. Wire access hole in top.
7. 12" deep bottom shelf at back of kneespace. Shelf located
a minimum of 12" from chair end of cashiers stand.
ITEM NO. U4 - CONDIMENT STAND; MOBILE
ONE (1)REQUIRED - ONE (1) BY ALTERNATE
A. Provide, as detailed, overall 40"W. x 112"L. x 34"H. to tray
slide and lower service top with enclosed base.
B. Construct top in accordance with standard specifications for
Metal Tops.
1. Exposed edges of table with standard turn down with toe-in
all sides. Provide table flat top having standard turn down
with toe-in at all sides. Corners mitered as shown.
2. On the long sides of the units, provide (3) equally spaced
1/2"H. inverted "V" tray rub rails for the entire unit length.
3. Centered in the tables length and width, provide a 56"L. x
