2. Provide Two (2) bulb fluorescent low temperature interior
lighting. Approx. 48"L. X 6-3/8"W. x 4"H. gray
injection-molded, high impact polycarbonate housing; clear
injection-molded, high impact polycarbonate diffuser secured
with s/s snap-on latches; high gloss white painted sheet metal
reflector; fire retardant, odor-free and non-toxic gasket;
low temperature electronic ballasts enclosed and mounted on
tray with safety tethers. All interior lights / light
sources shall have an efficacy of 40 lumens per watt or more,
including ballast losses (if any) or lights shall be used in
conjunction with a timer or device that turns off the lights
within 15 minutes of when the walk-in cooler or walk-in
freezer is not occupied by people.
J. Structurally design ceiling sections to span area shown, without
dip or bulge, in horizontal planes and provide exterior ceiling
suspension beams where required.
K. Provide vertical trim; angle/flat strips and closures of same
material and gauge as walk-in exterior wall surface(s), where
walk-in is adjacent to interior or exterior walls, jambs and/or
columns. Crimp all angle trim strip edges down slightly, to hug
adjacent surfaces. Attach trim strips with 1/8" aluminum pop
rivets, using only minimum required number to give neat
installation.
L. Provide filler panels, of same material and gauge as walk-in
exterior wall surface, at exposed edges of walk-in top, as shown
on the drawings, to finish ceiling.

BY ALTERNATE
A. By alternate, furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for
complete installation of walk-in refrigerator refrigeration
system. Shall include time clock, expansion valve, solenoid
valve, temperature control, sight glass, drier, head pressure
control, crankcase heater, anti-sweat heater, cables, pilot
light, evaporator, outside condensing unit, accessories and all
other required parts and refrigeration specialties for complete
first class installation. Refrigerant shall be in compliance
with the Montreal Protocol for reduced CFC content; refrigerator
