construction; fully insulated on all sides; electrically heated
baking compartment with two blowers to evenly distribute heat
across baking zone; 18"W. conveyor belt constructed of stainless
steel wire mesh; 28"L. baking zone; solid state side mounted
control panel with 600F maximum thermostat and digital display
of adjustable belt speed; double chimney kit; heat shield; 24"
stainless steel stand w/casters; start-up inspection service by
a factory authorized service agent; 11KW each. Provide with
the following options;
1. By base bid, provide the lower conveyor oven on the double
deck stand with capability to accept the 2
